Short answer

Every kart comes with six months of coverage on the battery, motor and controller. You'll be able to buy longer coverage when you order.

What's covered

The parts that make the kart go: the battery, the motor and the controller, which is the electronics between the two. If one of them fails from a defect within six months of delivery, we'll repair or replace it.

Claims go through us, not the factory, so you deal with a company in Texas and never have to track down a factory overseas.

Longer coverage

You'll be able to buy extended coverage when you order. We'll post the options and prices here before orders open.

Making a claim

Email hello@texaszoomhouse.com with your name, the date your kart arrived and what's wrong. A photo or a short video helps a lot. We'll work out the problem with you, then ship a replacement part or set up a repair.

When your kart arrives

Look the kart over, or its crate if it came by freight, before you sign for it. If anything looks crushed, torn or broken, write it on the delivery receipt and take photos, then email us the same day. That note is what a damage claim rests on, and we'll take the claim up with the carrier. How delivery works

Returns

Return terms will be spelled out in each order. Custom builds are made to order, so if returns matter to you, ask us before you order one.

These are the terms we plan to offer when orders open. The final warranty comes in writing with your order. Questions? Email hello@texaszoomhouse.com.
