This policy covers texaszoomhouse.com, run by Texas Zoom House of Austin, Texas ("we", "us").
What we collect
When you join the waitlist
Your email address and ZIP code, the kart, color and options you picked, and whether the kart is for you or a business. The form also records whether your ZIP code qualifies for next-day delivery, the page that linked you to us, any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), and the time you signed up.
When you use the contact form
Your name, email address and message, and the time you sent it.
When you email us
Your email address and whatever you write.
When you visit any page
Like any website, ours receives standard request details from your browser: your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our host keeps these in server logs to run and protect the site. Our pages also load their typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google your IP address, browser details and the page you're on. Google says its font service doesn't set or log cookies.
We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and our site doesn't set cookies.
How we use it
- To email you about pricing, delivery dates and the kart you picked.
- To answer your messages.
- To plan which karts to bring in and where to offer delivery, using totals such as how many signups came from each area.
- To keep spam out of our forms.
Who handles it for us
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. These companies process it on our behalf:
- Web3Forms receives what you send through our forms, stores it, and emails it to us. It's based in India, stores submissions on Amazon Web Services, and may send your IP address and email address to the spam filters CleanTalk and Akismet. Web3Forms says it deletes submissions after three years at most. Web3Forms privacy policy
- Google runs the Gmail inbox where form submissions and emails reach us, and serves our fonts. Google privacy policy
- Cloudflare forwards mail sent to hello@texaszoomhouse.com. Cloudflare privacy policy
- Vercel hosts the website. Vercel privacy notice
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer if Texas Zoom House is sold or merged.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist signup while we get ready to sell and for as long as you stay on the list. We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from Web3Forms and from our inbox.
Your choices
To leave the waitlist, or to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email hello@texaszoomhouse.com. We'll reply to confirm once it's done.
Do Not Track
Your browser may send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We don't track visitors across other websites and we don't sell personal information, so the site works the same either way.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
Our site and our form service use encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that it is.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
